My kids ages 12, 7, 4 have yet to hear a Jim Weiss CD they didn't like. Most of this story goes right over my 4yo's head but she enjoys hearing any story that he tells and this one is no exception. This CD takes the meaningless, lifeless facts kids learn about in school and presents it in a way that the kids will remember and enjoy. Abraham Lincoln was a real person who was once a child just like them and that makes his life mean something. Parents will enjoy listening too. He's not just a funny man with a big beard and big hat anymore.Definitly recommend this CD and any of Jim Weiss's other CDs.
