The A.F.R. will begin with a new Declaration--Dr. Hart provides a full text--followed by a new Constitution containing clauses to prevent the evils that today threaten our liberties.

Dr. Michael Hart explains the demographic forces that will soon make it impossible for conservatives to win national elections in the USA, despite Trump's lucky victory, which was close to being a loss. The Left will continue to become more extreme as they get farther and farther from traditional Christian values.Hart provides the only solution that would put permanent control of immigration policy in conservative hands: helping states secede and then join into new federations (one for the red states and one for the blue states). Hart proposes that every county be allowed such a choice, but I find this unrealistic and illegal. In the USA, states are sovereign, so if a state legislature does not assent, a county can not split off peacefully and legally. I don't really expect California, Louisiana, Illinois, or New York to allow counties to leave because the opposition party voters there are not numerous enough to be a nuisance to the party in control. I believe purple states would let certain counties split off to avoid unrest and to strengthen the position of the party in power in that state. Hart's predicted border map suffers from the fact that he wrote the book before Trump's election, which was the first election in a while that was based on identity. Only 52% of Californians are opposed to California secession (#CALEXIT) as of the last poll (March 2017) and both California and Texas poll higher than successful and nearly succesful secession movements did before their referenda, such as the UK (BREXIT from the EU, Catalonia from Spain, and Scotland from the UK.
