This is a must read for anyone needing to learn the ins and outs of adoption. Mr. Hicks provides a clear and in depth look into the many facets of adoption. He describes 15 different types of adoption, selecting the right agencies and/ or attorneys, red flags to look out for, a state by state legal review, and five appendices with incredibly helpful information (just to name a few). It is straight to the point and easy to understand. It is a great resource and will serve as a wonderful reference book.
