The outfit fit ok but the top was a bit short. We only needed it for one day so I was able to get away with attaching the top to the bottom with safety pins, but it would not have lasted longer. Overall it was made of pretty good materials.Not too tickled about this purchase. I ordered the medium 8-10 size for my almost 9 yr old and the shirt is super short. I think I may pin it to the inside of the skirt to keep from showing her belly when she moves. There was a hole on the shoulder of the shirt and several places on the skirt were unraveling. The flower decoration looked nothing like what was shown in the picture. Thankfully my daughter will only be wearing this for a short end of the yr music program. I hate that my first official Amazon review had to be a bad one. I'll try to post picsThe shirt is the length of a crop top. SERIOUSLY! A CROP TOP FOR A KID! This was purchased for a second grade student who is much shorter than the 54-inch CHILD this is supposed to fit. There is a hole in it around the neck where whoever sewed it did not use the serger correctly and just didn't sew it on. I paid $7 for shipping and now have to pay for shipping to return it. So, between product and shipping I am paying $34.00 for a defective costume which my student cannot wear. And I will only be getting $20.00 back, and it will cost me another $27 to replace it on Amazon. Is it worth returning?Next time I will not buy any costume that is not shipped Amazon Prime. Buyer beware.My daughter wears 5/6 and this actually fit her pretty well so it runs a little small. Great packaging and good material. Nothing "rinky dink" about this outfit. It was definitely different from all the other Mexican costumes. Would recommend!The skirt is nice but the top is a cheap polyester material that looks too much like a bad Halloween costume.Great fit for my daughter. Some slight imperfections in the material but nothing that wasn't easily hidden.
