Vintage American Wonderland Lace-Up Skinny Jeans for Women - High Waist Slim Fit Denim Pants - Perfect for Casual Outfits, Date Night & Street Style Fashion

For reference: I'm about 5'7, 140-ish, 4-6 in jeans. I'm kinda' straight or athletic built and my calves are somewhat disproportionately large.This is my 4th pair of Vintage American jeans; two are size 6 & two are size 4. I bought these in size 4. I'm surprised at how consistent sizing is across the various styles Vintage American offers. That's one reason I try to buy this brand.I find that both size 6s I have are at longer than the 4s. This pair, in particular are "ankle pants."While this style has more stretch & is slightly lighter bodied than basic full-cotton denim, the fabric is less stretchy than the other styles I own.These being skinny jeans, that makes the calves specifically snug. The laces at the bottom ARE functional, but they only go up to my lower calves, therefore they don't help.I do like & wear them, but they're not the first jeans I grab because, although they're cute, they are a little less comfortable than the other 3 pairs of Vintage American Jean's I have.Even still, I feel like they were a bargain & I would certainly buy them again - especially at the low price I paid.I hope you found this review helpful.
