I have never left an Amazon review. I purchased this jacket using the appropriate sizing chart. When I received it, the jacket was too large. Sleeves too long, shoulders too wide, good around my chest. I contacted coolhides who worked with me to figure out my measurements. Sent me another jacket which fit perfectly.The jacket design is awesome. For a motorcycle jacket, it has a little bit of padding on the elbows, shoulders, and back. The interior lining is great for colder rides. What would really make this jacket better for riding are some more pockets on the interior, zippers on the exterior pockets, and an accessible compartment for the back armor - I would have liked to use my old armor in there for protection.I'm leaving this review because good customer service should always be commended. Thank you coolhides, for working with me to figure out proper fitment of your product.I ordered cow leather version. The seller replied emails quickly and item arrived on item (mostly the two stars given are for these). However, the product does not seem up to what to be expected from this price. First of all, the package bag had title/message with typos and is the meaning of is not clear.. plus the logo inside jacket is different but quite similar to the seller name, not sure this is modeled brands or something else, yet just raised doubts of professional quality. The most weird was that, I have no idea why other reviews mostly say they got dark blue while mine is almost "PURPLE"......and smells like painted by some strong smelled chemical wax... Then the leather itself felt moderate yet with some small scratches already, where the colour faded to grey-like blend material. Judging from the weight (there was someone else's review saying the faux leather is heavier), and the fact that it felt quite not flexible I am suspicious about the leather..is it faux/artificial or is it just the low quality chemical painting? There is a removable layer inside, but it is of relatively low quality. I do not think this would work well for me and am trying to decide whether to return or what.. However it did arrive early, so that was cool.The jacket is amazing I have no issues.Delivery on the time.Way to small I bought this 5x jacket to replace my 2x jacket because I saw it ran small. Come to find out this jacket is like a X-large smaller then my old 2x jacket. The arms are super long and so tight and restrictive you cant barely move your arms. Quality is questionable too stitching is ok but not great a few spots look like they had some issues with manufacturing.Little small on hands to fit in. Otherwise it's perfect fit on shoulderWell made, the seller has great communication and follow through. The jacket is a short waist jacket and the sleeves are really tight on the forearms. Love the jacket and the seller would recommend... Except for the sleeves... Hate the sleevesFit great! I emailed the company and gave my personal measurements to get the right size jacket and it fits like a dream. I am 6'4 and 200lbs so a jacket that fits is rear. Highly recommend
