Maeve in America: A Memoir of Love, Identity, and Belonging - Perfect for Book Clubs & Personal Growth

Reading Maeve Higgins is simply a delight. She explores/examines pertinent topics in a fun and funny way. Though she's a bit more serious in her writing here than in her stand-up performances (a few of which I've been able to see on Youtube), I found the essays in this book as well as in her Tell Everyone on This Train I Love Them to be thought-provoking and enjoyable to read.
