'Lost In America' was recorded at various locations of bars, taverns, watering holes, dives (whatever you wish to call them) during the band's 'Back To The Laundromat' tour in 2001. The U.S. Bombs tend to remind me of like maybe The Clash meets The Ramones. Another good punk release on the Disaster label. Club shatterin' cuts are "Tora! Tora! Tora!", "Lunch In A Sack", "Rubber Room", "The World Goin' Out" and "Ballad Of Sid". I had NO idea this band had put out their first lp in 1979. They'd been around that long? The line-up on this disc: Duane Peters - vocals, Kerry Martinez & Nate Sponster - guitars, Wade Walston - bass and Chip Hanna - drums. Should appeal to fans of G.B.H., Dead Boys, Buzzcocks and Sham 69.
